BuDhaGirl All Weather Bangles are made of polycarbonate tubing that is a semi-flexible material, so there is a little give when you slide the bangles over your hand. The key to deciding your size...how the bangles go over your hand, not the size of your wrist.

To find your best size, measure the diameter of the widest part of your hand, not your wrist. If you are in between sizes, size down if you want a tighter fit on your wrist, or size up if you want a looser fit on your wrist.
